At Open Assist, agent safety is our top priority. We are dedicated to implementing updates to our platform to ensure all agents' safety. From providing information about the individuals they are meeting to implementing location tracking (in the future), we strive to create a secure environment for agents during property showings.
Continuing our commitment to safety, we prioritize the protection of potential clients and their buyer's agents. We provide comprehensive training courses for our showing agents, require them to sign agreements outlining appropriate conduct and send text reminders to reinforce these behaviors. Additionally, we diligently address any claims made by buyer's agents and take necessary action, including releasing and blocking agents from the platform if warranted.
In addition to prioritizing safety, we believe in empowering agents through education. Our Staff has always offered free courses to agents and remains committed to doing so. To further support the growth and development of our agents, we have initiated partnerships with numerous coaches, providing access to their invaluable training and insights.

Our Lead REALTOR has been licensed for over 19 years, and is licensed in multiple states. She knows and understands real estate. She has seen the need for these services over the past two decades in her own business, driving this company to fruition. Open Assist has your showing assistant needs covered, and will happily open the doors for you and your customers and clients. There is no need to worry about anyone trying to steal your customers, as the team lives and breathes by the code of ethics and have signed an agreement to this fact. Schedule your showing assist appointment, and they will be there, on time, and will send you the follow-up on the showing so you can write your offer on the property.
