You must never give opinions of value or condition of the property or area.

How much can I make showing houses for agents on Open Assist?
Showing agents can earn between $28 and $367 for each home they show. The exact payment is determined through negotiation between the Initiating Agent and the Showing Agent. Various factors influence the agreed amount, such as the showing’s location, timing, and local market conditions. On average, agents typically earn around $35 per showing.
